Terms:
Buyers Discretion - Please Know your local laws regarding ownership
of animals. I will not sell to minors (16 and under) without parents permission. Remember this is a living
thing and needs to be thought through and all purchases should be concidered for life.
Guarantees -All animals are represented
to the best of my knowledge. They are feeding and healthy unless otherwise noted. Live arrival is guaranteed unless the
temp is below 40 or above 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Customer
Satisfaction -In the case of any problems or concerns about the animal(s) we offer a 48 hour health guarantee.
This guarantee only says that the animal purchased was and is in good health at the time of sale. All claims must be made
within 48 hours after the sale. Proof of health ailments may be required. We then will offer credit or money
back minus the shipping fee(s) but only after the animal is returned to us in the condition it left in. After the above-mentioned 48 hours
we will no longer be held responsible and the guarantee will no longer apply.
Buyers Remorse -We offer a 24 hour buyers remorse guarantee. This states for any reason you
are not completely happy you may return the animal at your own cost. I will not cover any shipping fees under these circumstances.
Only the purchase price of the animal will be refunded. Refunds will be given after the safe return of the animal(s) in question.
D.O.A's -You must notify us of any D .O. A's in which proof may be required within 12
hours (the 12 hours will be from the drop off time stated by the carrier) time period to receive credit towards your
next purchase. After the above mentioned 12 hours we will no longer be held responsible and the above guarantee will
no longer apply.
NOTE: However we will not be found responsible for any delays or problems
concerning the shipping carrier. Someone must also be home to receive and sign for the shipment to qualify for ALL guarantees. All
sales are final refunds or exchanges may only be given under circumstances I see fit.
Shipping - Prices
do not include shipping unless otherwise noted. We ship only with UPS overnight to your door. We take great care in packing
our animals to ensure their safety. All our boxes have Styrofoam inserts and heat or cool packs will be used when needed.
Payment
- Payment must be made in full before shipping. We accept personal
check, bank check, money order, or paypal. Personal checks must clear our bank before shipment takes place.
Deposits
& Pricing - All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The prices on this web site are subject to change. Group discounts
may be available on certain animals. Please contact us for current pricing and or availability.

My little water arrived today and
I have to tell you that he is more then I expected. When I opened the box I was a little surprise to the extent that
you went through to make sure he made it here safe and sound. He was as snug as a bug in a rug. He is every thing that you said he was and more. He appears
to be in top health and nothing is missing or broken. This is the first time in my 25+ years of keeping reptiles that
I had a reptile shipped to me. I have to admit I had several fears of shipping. If everyone took the
care that you did I would have done this much sooner. One more thing that I have to say is there was no exaggeration
on your part at all. Thanks again for working within my schedule. You make it so easy to deal with you.

in her cage. Now just leave her alone to settle down. I must admit her claws are something else. I got her into the cage without
